Overview
Loudoun County has designated areas of Sterling Park and Sugarland Run and Leesburg for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Loudoun County will be purchasing foreclosed properties in these neighborhoods to rehabilitate the property and sell to low, moderate, or middle income homebuyers.

Please Note
Loudoun County will offer additional programs to clients purchasing other foreclosures in these neighborhoods to promote revitalization and stabilization to the housing market in the designated neighborhoods.
