The Division of Career Support and Emergency Services manages the Loudoun Workforce Resource Center, a facility that provides no-cost resources and equipment to both job seekers and businesses. Job Seeker Resources
This center offers job announcements, resume preparation assistance, computers, phones, fax, and other resources necessary to conduct a job search. Career development workshops are offered throughout each month to assist job seekers with basic computer skills, resume writing, interviewing skills, as well as a variety of work-related topics. The center also sponsors Meet the Employer events, where businesses conduct on-site interviews or information sessions with applicants.
Employment counselors are available to provide career assessments, employment counseling, and eligibility screening for the Workforce Investment Act to citizens looking for work or looking for a career change. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are also welcome.
Businesses benefit with access to a wide variety of no-cost services for recruiting, hiring and retaining an exceptional workforce. The center sponsors Meet the Employer events, where businesses conduct onsite interviews or information sessions with applicants. The center also provides information to businesses on tax credits, area wage and salary information, and the Federal Bonding Program.
In addition, businesses may advertise job openings at no charge and have their open positions distributed via e-mail to a network of workforce development professionals across the region.

|Please note that the Meet the Employer (MTE) and Job Fair events are designed to offer job pairing opportunities for direct-hire careers. The Workforce Resource Center is unable to promote, advocate or allow recruitment by direct sales, multi-level marketing, or independent distributor representatives.

Inclement Weather Policy
The Workforce Resource Center will operate on the same schedule as the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) for the following situations. Please call 703-777-0150 ahead of time to see if the Workforce Resource Center is open.
- Workshops and events are canceled and the center is closed
- If LCPS are on a one-hour delayed schedule, the morning workshop or event will also start on a one-hour delay
- If LCPS are canceled or on a two-hour delay, workshops and events are canceled
- Workshops and events may end early
